How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders over $25.00, including larger items such as our strollers and gates. We use Australia Post's E-Parcel system for the whole Little Market range.

Has my order shipped yet?
When your order leaves the little market you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. Please see our shipping & delivery page for more information.

How long will it take my item to arrive?
Within Australia, most items will arrive within 3~5 business days of shipping.


Can I return an item?
Of course, please see our refunds & exchanges page for more information about returning an item.

Have you received my returned goods yet?
We will send an confirmation email when we have received your returned goods. This process may take 1-3 weeks after you have sent the goods.


How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, and both Paypal and Google Checkout. Please refer to our payments page for more information.

I'm not sure about this internet thing'o, can I purchase items over the phone?
