The little market's returns guarantee allows you to return your purchases for refund or exchange for any reason within 7 days of having received it.
Please note, refunds will be for the cost of the goods only, and will not include any postage and handling charges. Any returns that are incomplete, missing items or are returned without the original packaging and are in an un-sellable condition will not be credited for refund.
How to make a return or exchange, Step One
Please contact us to request a Return Identification Number (RI) which will be required to process the return.
Once you have contacted us by either email or phone we issue you with a Return ID number via email confirmation. You will be able to print out a Return Address Label with the Return ID number on it from this email. If you are unable to print out the label you will need to handwrite our return address clearly on the package. Please also make sure the Return ID number is clearly written on the outside of the package to enable us to process the return. The goods must then be returned within the following seven days after your Return ID has been issued. Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Item must be returned with all packaging and in good condition.
